NOIR et BLANC comes in 3 lightly varying weights help ensure the type looks good at both large and small sizes, and on both light and dark backgrounds.

No special software is required to type out the standard characters of the Typeface. To access the Opentype Ligatures and Alternates you will need software that supports Opentype features in fonts.
